Refunds & Cancellations
Groove Calligraphy USA wants you to be extremely excited and satified about your order. However, if you need to return an item, please bear in mind that there are certain criteria to consider.
Once you have purchased the Groove Calligraphy Reusable Copybooks, you acknowledge that there may be small typographical defects or minor errors resulting from the printing and paper debossing processes. However, as each Groove Calligraphy Reusable Copybook goes through a verification and a validation stage, such occurrences are kept to a minimum.
Moreover, one acknowledges that the engraving material is only on one side of the paper. On the other side of the paper we decided to include additional educational and practice materials, for aesthetic purposes.
We highly recommend using our Groove Calligraphy Copybooks with the magic disappearing ink pens in the first 2 months after purchase. We do not take accountability if the ink or pens deteriorate after months of storage in different conditions (light, humidity, heat, currents of air, etc.)
If you placed a 2nd or 3rd post-purchase discounted order of an identical product along with your initial order, than the discounted order(s) will be the first to refund in the event of a return request.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Returns & Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a return & refund, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To request a return & refund, please quote your order number in the email you sent us. We will provide an address where you could return your product if no more than 10 days have past since delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, depending of the state of the items.
The customer is solely responsible for the shipping cost of the return!

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you would like to cancel an order which got shipped or we didn't process your cancellation request before it got shipped, then the order must be returned to us in order to start the Refund process.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you havenât received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and the issue has been reported within 5 days of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@groovecalligraphy.com and send your item to the closest warehouse as instructed in the return email.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youâll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasnât marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the closest warehouse as instructed in the return email you will receive, should that be the case.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
